The town of Prosser is home to 6000 residents and an annual hot air balloon rally. If conditions are favorable the pilots launch their balloons at sunrise and tour the skies above town. Today the wind is too strong so the balloons are inflated but remain fastened to the ground with ropes. In the evening several balloons are transported to Art Fiker Stadium where they perform a show called Night Glow.
